Cancellation Policy

For rescheduling, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited. For cancellation of a subscription, please notify me early—at least 7 days before the next payment—via email. No refunds or cancellations are possible. By purchasing a service from me, you agree to this policy. Qualification: I am a Naturopath for psychotherapy and a systemic coach, in addition to being a certified Ascension Coach, but I am not a licensed psychologist. Within this framework, my services DO NOT include therapy or medical treatment. You bear full responsibility for your experiences in the sessions. This is a spiritual coaching based on the Teachings of Twin Flames Universe, developed by Jeff & Shaleia, and is focused on spiritual growth. No medical treatments under health or naturopathic laws are provided. If an emergency session is desired or necessary, the best way to reach me is directly through the contact form on my website.
